Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Engineer
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security model, sharing rules, and governor limits
- Strong experience with SOQL/SOSL optimization and relational data modeling
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or similar mechanisms
- Experience implementing asynchronous processing (batch jobs, queues, future methods, etc.)
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices for Salesforce, including scratch orgs, automated deployments, and testing pipelines
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and familiarity with Java or C#
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading technical delivery within teams
- Knowledge of software engineering principles including design patterns, SOLID principles, and secure coding practices
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions across projects
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and implementation of Salesforce solutions across all stages from design to deployment
- Define and enforce best practices for architecture, code quality, security, performance, and scalability
- Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related Salesforce custom solutions
- Design and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, asynchronous processing, and complex data interactions
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align architecture with business and product goals
- Conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure high-quality, production-ready deliverables
- Manage repository practices including branching strategies, pull requests, merges, and CI/CD pipelines
- Integrate Salesforce with external APIs and third-party services to support enterprise workflows
- Mentor and guide engineers, contributing to internal communities of practice and technical capability building
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence system design decisions across teams
