Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows
  • Strong hands-on experience with Lead-to-Cash processes including CPQ, billing, revenue operations, and renewals
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
  • Strong experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms such as Workato or MuleSoft
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
  • Strong DevOps experience including SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Copado or Gearset
  • Experience working in regulated environments with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance processes
  • Deep understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations business processes
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills and experience working in cross-functional product and engineering teams
  • Active Salesforce certification: Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
  • Architect and optimize Lead-to-Cash processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, billing, and renewals
  • Build and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ARM) solutions to improve efficiency and business performance
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and others using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS tools like Workato
  • Implement AI-powered Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and automated workflows
  • Lead DevOps and release management processes using tools such as SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, or Copado
  • Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, and audit readiness including GDPR and SOX requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership across Salesforce initiatives
