Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent communication skills with confidence on the phone.
- Strong attention to detail with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Passionate about building relationships with potential consultants.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
- Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, from pre-screening to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for niche areas.
- Execute creative sourcing strategies across social media, networking events, and job fairs.
- Manage job postings and create standardized job descriptions.
- Conduct salary negotiations and generate offer letters.
- Coordinate with practice leads to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Facilitate and document onboarding sessions for new hires.
