Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence on the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Passionate about building relationships with potential consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, from pre-screening to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for niche areas.
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies across social media, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Manage job postings and create standardized job descriptions.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and generate offer letters.
  • Coordinate with practice leads to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Facilitate and document onboarding sessions for new hires.
