Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Enterprise Data Architecture, GTM Systems Strategy, or related disciplines.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, CRM optimization, enterprise data modeling, and large-scale data governance initiatives.
- Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-wide data governance programs while resolving complex data quality and architectural challenges.
- Strong product management experience with ownership of internal technology roadmaps and cross-functional operational platforms.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing AI-powered sales enablement, automation, or workflow optimization solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business strategies.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, change management, and problem-solving skills, with experience driving enterprise transformation across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, modernization, and governance of enterprise revenue data architecture, ensuring scalable, accurate, and AI-ready data across Salesforce and interconnected business systems.
- Establish and oversee comprehensive data governance frameworks, including data quality standards, stewardship policies, monitoring processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the strategic product owner for internal revenue technology and AI capabilities by defining long-term roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing the lifecycle of commercial systems.
- Develop and execute an "agent-first" AI strategy that identifies opportunities to automate workflows, improve sales productivity, and reduce operational friction.
- Partner with IT, enterprise data teams, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration, architectural alignment, and successful implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce architecture and related platforms to maximize data integrity, user adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Lead organizational change initiatives by promoting a data-first culture, driving adoption of AI-powered tools, and delivering enablement programs for commercial teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI and data technologies, manage strategic vendor relationships, and recommend solutions that support long-term business objectives.
