Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience spanning Revenue/Sales Operations, Enterprise Data Architecture, and GTM Systems Strategy.
- Deep architectural expertise in Salesforce.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide Data Governance programs.
- Strong product management background with experience owning internal tech stack roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing AI-driven sales enablement and automation tools.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical data architecture and practical sales execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Ability to travel moderately for office visits and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Own the comprehensive redesign and optimization of the revenue organization's data architecture.
- Establish, lead, and enforce robust data governance frameworks and policies.
- Transform disparate, siloed data into a unified, AI-ready state.
- Serve as the ongoing Product Manager for internal revenue capabilities and AI deployments.
- Continuously evaluate sales and operational workflows to identify AI intervention opportunities.
- Manage the AI and data vendor ecosystem and tech stack.
- Maximize Salesforce utility by integrating data and AI initiatives into the core CRM.
- Design rep-centric workflows to reduce administrative burden and increase selling time.
- Lead organizational change toward a data-first, AI-augmented culture.
