Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Partner Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Channel Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven experience working with channel partners such as VARs, MSSPs, distributors, cloud marketplaces, or strategic alliance organizations.
  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales cycles, technical evaluations, and partner-driven go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity concepts, security frameworks, and today's evolving threat landscape.
  • Experience with AI, automation, machine learning, or emerging security technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across partner organizations and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing technical enablement programs, training materials, certifications, and scalable sales resources.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, integrations, or security tools is considered an advantage.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for channel partners, including value-added resellers, strategic alliances, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Deliver technical enablement through training sessions, workshops, certifications, and ongoing guidance to strengthen partner capabilities.
  • Support partner-led sales opportunities by participating in discovery meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Help partners effectively position and differentiate the platform within customer environments while providing trusted technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with channel sales teams to develop joint account strategies, expand pipeline opportunities, and drive successful partner engagement.
  • Create and maintain scalable technical assets, including reference architectures, deployment guides, best practices, and partner enablement content.
  • Gather feedback from partners and customers to contribute to product improvements, partner experience enhancements, and future roadmap priorities.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, technical workshops, and partner events while continuously improving partner onboarding and enablement programs.
