  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise software architectures
  • Experience in identity security, IAM principles, or related cybersecurity domains
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and modern enterprise security challenges
  • Proven ability to support complex enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value

Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, coach, and scale a high-performing Sales Engineering team across the Southwest region
  • Drive team performance and execution, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and technical sales standards
  • Support enterprise-level sales cycles by acting as a technical advisor on complex identity security solutions
  • Partner with regional sales leadership on account strategy, territory planning, and deal execution
  • Improve sales engineering methodologies, including demos, presentations, and technical storytelling tailored to customer needs
  • Identify skill gaps and design training programs to continuously elevate technical and commercial capabilities within the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and field sales to provide market and customer feedback
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic deal progression
