Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or strategic consulting role.
- Experience in business transformation coupled with AI or RPA technical expertise.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of technical landscapes and ability to architect complex solutions.
- Demonstrated experience communicating complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
- Knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.
- Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers.
- Curiosity and willingness to adapt to a changing environment.
- Background in consulting, sales engineering, or running automation programs.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize the value of automation by combining digital workforce capabilities with AI/ML.
- Act as a thought leader on platform advancement and develop industry-specific solution accelerators.
- Partner with the sales team to define account strategy and identify business outcomes.
- Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value (PoV) sessions.
- Conduct process discovery to identify and quantify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide product feedback.
