Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience communicating complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
  • Knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.

  • Curiosity and willingness to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Background in consulting, sales engineering, or running automation programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize the value of automation by combining digital workforce capabilities with AI/ML.
  • Act as a thought leader on platform advancement and develop industry-specific solution accelerators.
  • Partner with the sales team to define account strategy and identify business outcomes.
  • Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value (PoV) sessions.
  • Conduct process discovery to identify and quantify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide product feedback.
