Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Consultative Sales within SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or service-driven environments.
- Proven track record of owning retention and expansion revenue in complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining accountability for commercial outcomes.
- Advanced CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools) with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally to execute account strategies and solve client challenges.
- Preferred: experience in education, government, transportation, or regulated industries.
- Preferred: familiarity with Challenger or insight-led sales methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning.
- Drive expansion and net-new opportunities by conducting structured discovery, identifying unmet needs, and executing growth strategies across multiple stakeholders within each account.
- Serve as the primary client partner, leading executive-level conversations, delivering data-driven insights, and influencing decision-making to strengthen partnerships.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (including Operations, Product, Finance, and Support) to ensure seamless service delivery and account execution.
- Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and expansion negotiations to achieve revenue targets and maximize account value.
- Conduct regular on-site client visits (2–3 days per week) to deepen relationships and maintain strong account engagement.
