Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of senior or principal product managers in complex technical domains.
  • Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release systems, artifact management, or observability platforms.
  • Proven ability to define and lead multi-product portfolios with a cohesive strategic vision across interdependent systems.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects on system design, pipelines, data flows, and observability signals.
  • Experience working with developer-facing products and enterprise-scale technical customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for platform or SaaS products.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools in product workflows and a clear perspective on how agentic systems are reshaping software delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of senior and principal product managers across CI, CD, artifact management, and observability, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance guidance.
  • Define the long-term product vision and strategy for agentic software delivery, shaping how AI transforms end-to-end software lifecycle workflows.
  • Drive coherence across build, test, package, deploy, and monitor experiences to ensure a unified, intuitive platform-level customer journey.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to influence architectural decisions, platform investments, and trade-offs across the software delivery ecosystem.
  • Own go-to-market alignment including pricing, packaging, positioning, and collaboration with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Leverage customer insights, telemetry, and product analytics to guide roadmap prioritization, adoption, and retention strategies.
  • Lead initiatives that enable customer migration toward modern CI/CD and AI-enabled delivery models, improving platform adoption and value realization.
  • Champion AI-native product practices and guide teams in using AI tools for discovery, synthesis, prototyping, and roadmap development.
