Requirements

  • 6–10 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex technical products in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of API-driven platforms and payments infrastructure, including concepts such as PCI compliance, 3DS, authentication, retries, routing, and versioning.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, translating vision into detailed product requirements and shipped outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain effective under pressure and in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on scalable solutions.
  • Fluent English and experience working in cross-functional, global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform and Public API, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and long-term platform vision.
  • Lead discovery with internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points, new opportunities, and high-impact product improvements.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities, partnering closely with Engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship features across core services and APIs.
  • Translate strategic direction into detailed product requirements, ensuring clarity for engineering execution and cross-functional alignment.
  • Improve developer experience by enhancing documentation, SDKs, integration guides, and self-serve tooling to reduce time-to-integrate.
  • Act as the primary product liaison across leadership, sales, account management, compliance, and marketing for launches and platform communications.
  • Manage product priorities and trade-offs to ensure engineering efforts are focused on the highest-value initiatives.
