Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX and product design, ideally within digital product environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including research, interaction design, and visual execution.
- Proven ability to lead design workshops, present confidently to executives, and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
- Deep understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and modern interface standards.
- Strong visual design sensibility with a passion for detail and craft.
- Experience creating user personas, user journeys, and research-driven design solutions.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions both verbally and visually.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and the technical foundations of digital product development.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for client or project-related engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design work including discovery, research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design for complex digital products.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and executive-level clients to define product vision, user needs, and experience strategy.
- Create and communicate user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver cohesive and scalable design systems.
- Mentor and guide other designers, supporting their growth and raising overall design quality.
- Translate business objectives and user insights into intuitive, accessible, and impactful product experiences.
- Ensure timely delivery of design work while maintaining high standards of craft, usability, and consistency.
