Responsibilities
- Lead design quality and strategy on projects, often acting as the primary principal designer.
- Support and mentor designers of all levels while fostering an inclusive environment.
- Translate brand principles into product design features.
- Collaborate with research and strategy teams to test solutions through storyboards and prototypes.
- Work directly with engineering and product stakeholders to ensure implementation feasibility and fidelity.
- Present design concepts and strategy to key client team members.
