Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
- Experience with visual and graphic design.
- Experience designing for complex, multi-step journeys, such as admin tools, dashboards, or multi-sided marketplaces.
- Track record of helping teams move from shipping tickets to solving clearly framed problems.
- Ability to work closely with non-engineering partners like Sales, Account Management, and Support.
- Proficiency with Figma, Claude design, and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing with and contributing to a robust design system.
- Detailed portfolio showcasing complex, multi-stakeholder problems and impact.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for presenting complex flows and tradeoffs.
- Well-developed collaboration and facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events.
Responsibilities
- Shape the end-to-end admin experience by designing across a complex, multi-product ecosystem.
- Define and refine problem spaces with Product and Ops partners, framing work around clear admin and business outcomes.
- Help set the roadmap by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data to ground priorities in admin needs and business health.
- Lead discovery by partnering with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Research to understand enterprise procurement.
- Design for multiple personas including decision-makers, billing leads, and program admins.
- Raise the bar on interaction, systems, and visual design through user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Use data and experimentation to guide iteration, define metrics, and design experiments.
- Facilitate alignment across disciplines through workshops and critique sessions.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate the design process.
