Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar.
- Experience designing for complex, multi-step journeys (e.g., admin tools, dashboards, or multi-sided marketplaces).
- Track record of shaping product strategy and solving problems with measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency with the Figma suite and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing with and contributing to a robust design system.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for technical and non-technical partners.
- Well-developed collaboration and facilitation skills.
- Detailed portfolio demonstrating discovery process, launch, and customer impact.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks and team events.
Responsibilities
- Shape the end-to-end admin experience by designing across a complex, multi-product ecosystem.
- Define and refine problem spaces with Product and Ops partners, grounding work in clear outcomes.
- Help set the roadmap by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data to prioritize admin needs and business health.
- Lead discovery by partnering with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Research to understand enterprise procurement.
- Design for multiple personas, including decision-makers, billing leads, and program admins.
- Raise the bar on interaction, systems, and visual design while advocating for the design system.
- Use data and experimentation to guide iteration and foundational UX improvements.
- Facilitate alignment across disciplines through workshops and critique sessions.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate the design process.
