Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in public relations, marketing communications, digital outreach, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing or outreach campaigns focused on talent attraction or public engagement.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing for web, social media, and print materials.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and using data to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign strategies supporting talent acquisition and public engagement goals.
  • Create high-quality written and visual content including articles, blogs, web content, flyers, advertisements, and campaign materials.
  • Design and produce digital and print materials ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal design guidelines.
  • Improve and maintain web content and digital assets to ensure messaging clarity and usability.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, develop dashboards, and provide regular reporting on outreach effectiveness.
  • Support recruitment and outreach events such as job fairs and community engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm, refine, and deliver innovative communication concepts across digital, print, and social media.
