Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in public relations, marketing communications, digital outreach, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing or outreach campaigns focused on talent attraction or public engagement.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing for web, social media, and print materials.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and using data to evaluate campaign performance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign strategies supporting talent acquisition and public engagement goals.
- Create high-quality written and visual content including articles, blogs, web content, flyers, advertisements, and campaign materials.
- Design and produce digital and print materials ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal design guidelines.
- Improve and maintain web content and digital assets to ensure messaging clarity and usability.
- Analyze campaign performance data, develop dashboards, and provide regular reporting on outreach effectiveness.
- Support recruitment and outreach events such as job fairs and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm, refine, and deliver innovative communication concepts across digital, print, and social media.
