Requirements

- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
- Familiar with tracking and analytics tools
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience managing large budgets or international campaigns is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
- Set up tracking with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and related tools
- Analyze campaign data and optimize targeting, bidding, and performance
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to improve campaign results
- Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports
