Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing
  • Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
  • Familiar with tracking and analytics tools
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience managing large budgets or international campaigns is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
  • Set up tracking with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and related tools
  • Analyze campaign data and optimize targeting, bidding, and performance
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to improve campaign results
  • Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports
