Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce administration.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and lead lifecycle management (MQL/SQL).
  • Proven experience building and optimizing marketing automation programs.
  • Proficiency with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and intent data platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing tech stack integrations (e.g., LeanData, Common Room).
  • Data-fluent with the ability to define analytical briefs and partner with data teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with SDR and sales teams on funnel optimization.
  • Strong interest in applying AI to automate and scale marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Marketo instance and Marketo-Salesforce synchronization.
  • Develop and maintain operational infrastructure for pipeline generation and ABM motions.
  • Analyze the full-funnel customer journey to identify conversion gaps and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with SDR and sales teams to optimize lead routing, MQL-to-SAL handoffs, and follow-up SLAs.
  • Maintain marketing data quality through deduplication, enrichment, and normalization processes.
  • Implement and scale marketing campaigns, including AI-driven automation for personalized outreach.
