Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce administration.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and lead lifecycle management (MQL/SQL).
- Proven experience building and optimizing marketing automation programs.
- Proficiency with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and intent data platforms.
- Experience managing marketing tech stack integrations (e.g., LeanData, Common Room).
- Data-fluent with the ability to define analytical briefs and partner with data teams.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with SDR and sales teams on funnel optimization.
- Strong interest in applying AI to automate and scale marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Marketo instance and Marketo-Salesforce synchronization.
- Develop and maintain operational infrastructure for pipeline generation and ABM motions.
- Analyze the full-funnel customer journey to identify conversion gaps and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with SDR and sales teams to optimize lead routing, MQL-to-SAL handoffs, and follow-up SLAs.
- Maintain marketing data quality through deduplication, enrichment, and normalization processes.
- Implement and scale marketing campaigns, including AI-driven automation for personalized outreach.
