Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, eCommerce marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing or collaborating with external marketing agencies and strategic partners.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital attribution platforms.
- Experience with Klaviyo, including lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, automation, and email deliverability best practices.
- Demonstrated success managing both customer acquisition and customer retention initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads, Shopify, Feedonomics, or similar eCommerce tools is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods brands is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest, Bing, and emerging platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign pacing, and investment allocation to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and overall marketing efficiency.
- Partner with external agencies to develop, execute, and optimize customer acquisition and growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Own lifecycle marketing initiatives through email and SMS, including automated customer journeys, segmentation strategies, promotional campaigns, and retention programs.
- Develop and optimize customer experiences across key lifecycle touchpoints such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and VIP communications.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign briefs, content calendars, and customer-facing communications that balance brand consistency with business performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison for agency partners, ensuring strong collaboration, clear communication, and successful campaign execution.
- Analyze attribution data, campaign performance, and customer insights to deliver regular reports, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Manage and optimize product feeds across advertising and marketplace platforms while maintaining data accuracy and campaign readiness.
