Requirements
- Proven experience using code, scripts, or automations to improve marketing performance.
- Direct experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts with daily spend/creative decisions.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Segment, HubSpot, Zapier, or Make.
- Expertise in integrating AI coding tools and LLMs into daily marketing and technical workflows.
- Strong data fluency including independent dashboard building and analysis of attribution and cost per lead.
- Accountable owner mentality capable of managing both technical execution and campaign outcomes.
- Understanding of unit economics and performance-driven marketing metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Facebook and Google Ads programs, including strategy, creative, budget, and performance reporting.
- Design and implement marketing automations, lead routing, and CRM integrations.
- Instrument performance tracking, dashboards, and data pipelines across advertising and enrollment funnels.
- Develop, test, and iterate on landing pages and lead capture experiences.
- Leverage AI tools and LLMs to generate ad creative, analyze data, and automate marketing workflows.
- Report on pipeline, spend, and unit economics to drive investment decisions.
