Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, government healthcare programs, or healthcare provider organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of: Traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, PACE, complex care, long-term care, or provider strategy.
- Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, business case development, and strategic growth planning.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including comfort working with and interpreting large healthcare datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for senior executives.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with pace and rigor in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading tasks, designing projects end-to-end, and mentoring junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Professional maturity, initiative, and ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar topics.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, including scopes, timelines, workplans, and client communications.
- Translate complex policy, reimbursement, and business model information into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations.
- Produce polished, client-ready deliverables such as strategic plans, policy briefs, market assessments, and financial models.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to client leadership, including executives and boards.
- Drive quantitative and qualitative research, including competitive landscape analyses and strategic growth planning.
- Contribute to proposals, scoping conversations, and business development for new provider engagements.
- Mentor and develop junior team members by modeling strong consulting craft and quality standards.
