Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in PACE, Medicare, and/or Medicaid healthcare operations or consulting.
  • Subject matter knowledge in PACE applications or operations.
  • Strong consulting craft, including structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis.
  • Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including experience with data modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead tasks, manage timelines, and execute projects end-to-end.
  • Professional maturity, initiative, resourcefulness, and ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day delivery across multiple engagements, managing tasks, timelines, research, deliverables, and internal communications.
  • Translate complex policy, reimbursement, and business model information into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations.
  • Produce client-ready deliverables such as strategic plans, policy briefs, regulatory comments, white papers, market assessments, and financial models.
  • Support presentation development and facilitate working sessions with provider leadership.
  • Analyze legislation, statutes, regulations, and policies to assess business and operational implications for PACE programs.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to identify market trends and develop financial pro formas.
  • Contribute to proposals, scoping conversations, and business development efforts.
