Job Details

2+ years of experience in a marketing assistant, content, or email marketing role.
Proven experience with newsletter creation and email marketing campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write persuasively in a specific voice.
Excellent written English proficiency.
Hands-on experience designing and sending emails in platforms like ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Studio.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an async environment.
High integrity and ability to maintain discretion with sensitive data.
Proactive communication skills.

Coordinate podcast logistics including scheduling, show notes, and uploads.
Manage the YouTube content pipeline including descriptions, thumbnails, and scheduling.
Monitor and manage community engagement across social media and podcast platforms.
Produce end-to-end newsletters including copywriting, layout design, and scheduling.
Maintain email list hygiene and track campaign performance metrics.
Monitor social media and paid ad comments, engaging with prospects and escalating issues.
Support marketing operations through tracking sheets, meeting notes, and administrative tasks.
