Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience.
  • Aviation and/or military industry background preferred.
  • Experience across multiple military service branches.
  • Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
  • Experience working with prime contractors and depot-level organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience managing people and building relationships.
  • Highly organized and proactive personality.
  • Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Military MRO growth strategy across USAF, Navy, and Army aviation.
  • Identify priority platforms, programs, and funding channels aligned with company capabilities.
  • Lead, manage, and direct a team of external consultants aligned by service branch.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with director-level stakeholders within each military branch.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize MRO opportunities across depots, program offices, and primes.
  • Drive opportunities from initial identification through capture, proposal, and final contract award.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to shape competitive solutions.
