- Define and execute the Military MRO growth strategy across USAF, Navy, and Army aviation.
- Identify priority platforms, programs, and funding channels aligned with company capabilities.
- Lead, manage, and direct a team of external consultants aligned by service branch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with director-level stakeholders within each military branch.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize MRO opportunities across depots, program offices, and primes.
- Drive opportunities from initial identification through capture, proposal, and final contract award.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to shape competitive solutions.
