Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, PR, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with experience creating content for professional audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Experience managing communications projects, timelines, and editorial calendars.
- Proficiency in email marketing, campaign analytics, and audience segmentation.
- Experience using CRM and project management software (Asana and HubSpot preferred).
- Strong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
- Ability to work effectively on a fully remote team.
Responsibilities
- Manage Impact Florida’s editorial calendar across email, social media, website content, webinars, reports, and program communications.
- Support communications planning and execution across programs, managing timelines, review processes, and deadlines using Asana.
- Draft content for email, social media, website updates, blog posts, event promotion, reports, and other communications products.
- Create or adapt graphics and materials for social media, email, reports, presentations, and other products.
- Coordinate with designers, web developers, contractors, and program staff to maintain project momentum.
- Manage email marketing execution in HubSpot, including list management, campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting.
- Use website, email, and social media analytics to assess performance and recommend tactical improvements.
- Support webinar promotion and logistics, including Zoom setup, registration, and follow-up communication.
