Assistant Director of Communications

Manage Impact Florida’s editorial calendar across email, social media, website content, webinars, reports, and program communications.
Support communications planning and execution across programs, managing timelines, review processes, and deadlines using Asana.
Draft content for email, social media, website updates, blog posts, event promotion, reports, and other communications products.
Create or adapt graphics and materials for social media, email, reports, presentations, and other products.
Coordinate with designers, web developers, contractors, and program staff to maintain project momentum.
Manage email marketing execution in HubSpot, including list management, campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting.
Use website, email, and social media analytics to assess performance and recommend tactical improvements.
Support webinar promotion and logistics, including Zoom setup, registration, and follow-up communication.
