Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
  • Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts.
  • Experience working within sales of Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center Accounts.
  • Expert operations, technical, and people/process skills.
  • Expert relationship management skills (external and internal).
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing-related business.
  • Detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical areas.
  • Experience managing accounts in the data center market selling low voltage power distribution products (LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, and Modular) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver growth within existing accounts.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
  • Work cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricing.
  • Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (salesforce).
  • Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs.
  • Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities.
  • Manage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple teams.
  • Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.
