Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
- Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts.
- Experience working within sales of Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center Accounts.
- Expert operations, technical, and people/process skills.
- Expert relationship management skills (external and internal).
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing-related business.
- Detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical areas.
- Experience managing accounts in the data center market selling low voltage power distribution products (LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, and Modular) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver growth within existing accounts.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Work cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricing.
- Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (salesforce).
- Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs.
- Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities.
- Manage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple teams.
- Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.
