Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or customer success experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong independent thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to diverse client types.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of self-directed retirement products.
  • Proactively listen, teach, and provide solutions to complex client inquiries.
  • Guide customers through account management processes from start to finish.
  • Build trust and rapport while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and represent the voice of the customer.
