Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or customer success experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong independent thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to diverse client types.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of self-directed retirement products.
- Proactively listen, teach, and provide solutions to complex client inquiries.
- Guide customers through account management processes from start to finish.
- Build trust and rapport while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and represent the voice of the customer.
