Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing Business Analyst or Consultant role.
- Experience within a Professional Services or IT Consulting environment.
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Shopify (Plus / B2B) or similar commerce platforms.
- Problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience with full life-cycle projects from scoping through delivery.
- Proficiency in defining and documenting test strategies, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage senior-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile, iterative software development methodologies.
- Interest in digital commerce technology and emerging best practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between the program's strategic vision and delivered business outcomes.
- Lead group workshops to identify strategic drivers, use cases, and functional/technical requirements.
- Document future state business processes, policies, and procedures.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment to define future state vision and value.
- Provide functional expertise in Shopify (Plus, B2B) and BigCommerce app ecosystems and architectures.
- Develop user requirements, specifications, and data models to maintain engagement scope.
- Consult clients on commerce architectures including catalog modeling, inventory sync, and integrations.
- Bridge communication between client, technical, and creative teams during design reviews.
- Utilize Shopify Analytics, GA4, and third-party tools to identify business growth opportunities.
