Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT outsourcing or software development environment.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams and international clients.
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
- Proven ability to write BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
- Competence in business process modeling (BPMN) and basic UML.
- Basic understanding of SDLC, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
- Analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher).
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience working on at least 2-3 full project lifecycles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and specifications for the development team.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with clients.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams and business process models.
- Validate delivered features against requirements including acceptance criteria and UAT support.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
