Requirements
- Proven experience in the Discovery phase for greenfield projects.
- Ability to lead stakeholders through defining requirements and architecture for new applications.
- Experience working in multi-project environments.
- Strong relationship and partnership building skills with international stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in documenting API integrations and mapping complex data structures.
- Solid understanding of data modeling.
- Confidence in creating system analyses and solution architectures using UML/BPMN.
- Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C2).
- Ability to lead workshops and manage client expectations.
- Proficiency with user stories, use cases, and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Discovery phase for new projects: facilitating workshops, uncovering hidden business needs, and defining the initial product scope and MVP.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to transform client ideas into business models by providing expert consultancy.
- Serve as a bridge between high-level business goals and technical execution to manage evolving requirements.
- Visualize system dependencies and complex business processes using UML/BPMN to ensure robust architecture.
- Support UI/UX activities, ensuring system constraints and business logic are harmonized with user experience.
- Work closely with Agile teams, ensuring smooth delivery and maintaining high standards of documentation.
