Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer.
- Balanced background combining Business Analysis (50%) and Requirements Engineering (50%).
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex or partially documented business rules.
- Experience in regulated environments such as public administration, finance, insurance, or e-government.
- Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or similar requirements management tools.
- Experience in creating wireframes or mock-ups.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 minimum).
- Proficiency in German is considered a strong advantage.
- Certifications in business analysis or requirements engineering (nice to have).
- Familiarity with HERMES methodology and arc42 architecture documentation (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Refine and complete existing requirements catalog based on high-level specifications and business documentation.
- Analyse and interpret complex business rules provided by Swiss tax authorities and standardization bodies.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
- Create and maintain user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct UI and usability analysis, including wireframes and mock-ups to support requirement validation.
- Ensure full traceability between business requirements, architecture components, and test cases.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and Jira.
- Collaborate closely with project management, architects, and Swiss domain experts.
- Support architecture reviews and steering committee preparations.
