Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Preferably experience within the IT Sector.
- Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize internal processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on various global client projects.
- Analyze complex information to provide actionable insights for project development.
- Communicate findings and process recommendations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
