Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (math, statistics, data and analytics) or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, or predictive analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Looker or a similar BI tool.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Solid understanding of data quality concepts (data profiling, metadata management).
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle from design inception through delivery.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Communicate complex analytical solutions, data relationships and business impacts to stakeholders through data visualization.
- Integrate and normalize disparate data sources including enterprise systems, internal, and third-party applications.
- Partner with cross-functional operational teams to develop quantitative models and analyze business hypotheses.
- Ensure consistency and cleanliness of the data and analytics code base.
- Provide data analysis and reporting on patterns, insights, and trends to drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain consultative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Synthesize organizational needs and translate into a cohesive data strategy.
