Requirements

  • Minimum 3.5 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Experience managing multiple diaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Take and make client/patient calls, providing information and addressing concerns.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Maintain clear and accurate communication records.
  • Set up new clients/patients on healthcare and administrative systems.
  • Guide clients/patients through the onboarding process.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including email management and document preparation.
  • Manage and organize digital files and assist in preparing reports.
  • Enter and update client/patient data while performing regular data audits.
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with healthcare industry standards.
