Requirements
- Minimum 3.5 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic health records (EHR).
- Experience managing multiple diaries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Take and make client/patient calls, providing information and addressing concerns.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication records.
- Set up new clients/patients on healthcare and administrative systems.
- Guide clients/patients through the onboarding process.
- Perform general administrative tasks including email management and document preparation.
- Manage and organize digital files and assist in preparing reports.
- Enter and update client/patient data while performing regular data audits.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with healthcare industry standards.
