Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
5-7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project/program management.
Proven experience leading change for complex initiatives such as technology implementations or transformations.
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar) preferred.
Experience working in agile, hybrid, or large‑scale enterprise environments preferred.
Background in technology, systems implementations, or digital transformation preferred.
Experience coaching senior leaders and executives through change preferred.

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks, readiness levels, and adoption needs.
Create and execute communication plans that articulate the purpose, benefits, and progress of initiatives.
Partner with project and program managers to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Design and deliver training, coaching, and reinforcement strategies to support adoption.
Identify, assess, and manage resistance by working with leaders and teams.
Establish success metrics and track adoption, engagement, and sustainability of initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to leaders and people managers to reinforce desired behaviors.
Ensure consistent application of change management methodologies across initiatives.
Prepare executive updates on change progress, risks, and outcomes.
