Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role coaching teams.
  • Strong GDS proficiency, ideally with Sabre, including fare rules and complex routing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to identify trends and performance improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team coaching and client correspondence.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of operational efficiency or process improvement.
  • Experience managing remote, global teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Periskope, or Stripe is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 3-4 Team Leads across client service, ticketing, trip fulfillment, and process management.
  • Direct all client-facing operations during shifts with real-time decision-making.
  • Ensure 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy through effective team management.
  • Handle VIP client interactions and high-complexity service recovery situations.
  • Submit at least two documented process improvements per month to drive operational efficiency.
  • Partner with product and operations teams to implement systems and scale consistency.
