Requirements

  • Proven track record of elevating recruitment functions in fast-growing, service-based, or non-tech environments.
  • Experience leading recruitment process redesign and building scalable operational infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in global, distributed, multi-country organizations.
  • Strong technical proficiency with experience in AI, automation, and modern recruitment systems design.
  • Data-oriented with the ability to manage metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
  • Strong change management instincts to drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability as a player-coach capable of strategic transformation and hands-on recruiting.
  • Strong project and program management experience leading cross-functional, global initiatives.
  • Experience in Education or Hospitality sectors is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the recruitment transformation roadmap including process redesign and scalable operational infrastructure.
  • Draft and roll out a Recruitment Partnership Agreement establishing clear SLAs for hiring managers.
  • Identify and map talent pools and job boards for various role families to improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Lead the evaluation and rollout of AI-enabled recruitment tools and potential ATS migration.
  • Build pre-vetted talent pipelines for educators and hospitality roles.
  • Personally lead approximately 30% of complex or hard-to-fill recruitment processes.
  • Develop recruitment analytics and reporting to monitor hiring health and quality of hire.
