Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful community engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in community management tools and platforms.
- Experience with behavioral marketing strategy and execution a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop high-quality, relevant content including articles, videos, and webinars to address customer challenges.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to increase participation and drive adoption of community features among enterprise lenders and Loan Officers.
- Plan and host events such as in-person meetups, webinars, workshops, and live Q&A sessions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and advocates to amplify community reach.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to build a playbook for successful community rollout.
- Monitor community activity, analyze user behavior, and surface trends to improve user experience.
- Act as a voice of the community to ensure alignment on initiatives across internal teams.
- Track and report on key metrics such as NPS, CSAT, engagement rates, and adoption to demonstrate ROI.
