Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technically demanding field.
- Strong judgment in both business and technical contexts.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong command of SQL and data analytics for hypothesis validation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate problems into specs and shipped features.
- Hands-on, experimental approach to adopting new AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with video processing workflows (transcoding, metadata, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in content licensing, media tech, or AI training data environments is preferred.
- Experience with AWS tools (S3, ECS, Lambda, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to read/write Python is preferred.
- Ability to build internal tools and proofs-of-concept using modern AI technologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate product strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy through deployment and enhancement.
- Design and optimize data ingestion platforms for licensors to transfer large-scale multimodal content.
- Partner with engineering to build high-throughput pipelines for profiling, deduplication, transcoding, and annotation.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and utilize data-driven insights to prioritize improvements.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems through rigorous analytical validation.
