Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional sales experience with a track record of personally closing deals.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve specific conversion rates.
  • Experience building or rebuilding sales processes from scratch.
  • Background in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, or DTC is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for coaching, reporting, outreach, or process improvement.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment without established structures.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours consistently.
  • Experience managing remote teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a remote team of Sales Representatives by setting and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Analyze conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and improve inbound conversion rates and outbound reactivation.
  • Build and document sales processes, including drafting scripts and refining messaging.
  • Review call recordings and provide specific, actionable feedback to team members.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and collaborate with marketing and ops teams to optimize lead quality.
