Requirements
- 4+ years of professional sales experience with a track record of personally closing deals.
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to improve specific conversion rates.
- Experience building or rebuilding sales processes from scratch.
- Background in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, or DTC is preferred.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for coaching, reporting, outreach, or process improvement.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment without established structures.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours consistently.
- Experience managing remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a remote team of Sales Representatives by setting and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Analyze conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and improve inbound conversion rates and outbound reactivation.
- Build and document sales processes, including drafting scripts and refining messaging.
- Review call recordings and provide specific, actionable feedback to team members.
- Maintain pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and collaborate with marketing and ops teams to optimize lead quality.
