Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales and building partner relationships within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing VAR and MSP partnerships.
  • Extensive experience working with partners focused on the contact center, CCaaS, CRM, and digital payments markets.
  • Ability to develop and execute pragmatic partnership strategies.
  • Experience in leading negotiations, agreements, and contract terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partner enablement programs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Proven experience in self-generating pipeline and achieving quota attainment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a NA partnership strategy to accelerate growth and market penetration within the secure payment ecosystem.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners, including VAR’s, system integrators, distributors, Telco’s, and CRM providers.
  • Foster and expand relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth, innovation, and long-term success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key C-level executives at partner organizations.
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring alignment on business objectives and successful implementation of joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain a partner enablement program to drive deal creation and partner success.
  • Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and optimize partnerships to exceed revenue and growth targets.
