Requirements
- 8+ years in product management at a high-scale B2B2C SaaS company.
- 4+ years in e-commerce or adjacent markets.
- Experience building and scaling platform or shared-services products.
- Strong product-led growth and self-service instincts.
- Sharp UX judgment grounded in research.
- Ability to align multiple teams toward a single direction.
- Experience managing complex constraints like localization and role-based access.
- Technical fluency with API schemas, services, and data models.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and launch the first generation of a unified merchant experience platform.
- Own merchant onboarding, configuration, and in-product guidance to shift work toward self-service.
- Ship AI-powered agents and workflows to improve merchant productivity and automate manual tasks.
- Manage permissions, entitlements, and shared merchant services while handling complex constraints.
- Write specs, prototype, and work hands-on with engineering and design to iterate based on feedback.
- Partner with cross-functional product teams to drive adoption of reusable platform capabilities.
