Requirements
- 3-5 years of direct experience managing digital products (Web, Mobile, or SaaS).
- Technical fluency: understand what an API is and the ability to hold credible conversations with engineers.
- Proven track record of delivery in an agile environment (managing backlogs, sprints, and standups).
- Data literacy: comfortable using data and research to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to drive initiatives in ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to direct work and lead a development team.
- Experience with integrations or API partnerships is a plus.
- Experience in insurance or a regulated industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle for integrations and API partnerships that drive quoting reach.
- Break down abstract business goals into actionable technical requirements for an engineering squad.
- Define success metrics (KPIs) and utilize data to prioritize and identify product opportunities.
- Manage backlogs, roadmaps, and planning to ensure a steady stream of ready work.
- Ensure technical output meets quality standards for users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Service teams.
- Contribute to internal documentation and process improvement initiatives.
