Requirements
- Extensive experience in analytics engineering or related data roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or Snowsight.
- Skill in data ingestion and activation using tools like Fivetran or Stitch.
- Experience managing metadata, documentation, and data quality checks.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Experience conducting training sessions and mentoring junior team members.
- Deep knowledge of Marketing and GTM data concepts (attribution, funnel stages, lead/account lifecycle, etc.).
- Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Google Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Create trusted, self-serve datasets and reporting layers to power Marketing performance reviews, attribution analysis, and funnel monitoring.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues across Marketing and GTM systems including tracking, metadata, and attribution coverage.
- Manage metadata, documentation, data lineage, and sensitive data masking for datasets.
- Partner with Marketing stakeholders to translate business questions into data products, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Enable Marketing teams through documentation, training, and self-serve resources.
- Activate data from Snowflake into operational tools to support segmentation and campaign optimization.
