Requirements

  • Extensive experience in analytics engineering or related data roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or Snowsight.
  • Skilled in data ingestion and activation using no-code tools like Fivetran or Stitch.
  • Knowledgeable in managing metadata, documentation, data quality checks, and data masking.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and mentoring junior team members.
  • Familiarity with Marketing and GTM data concepts (attribution, funnel stages, lead/account lifecycle, paid media, web analytics).
  • Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate across Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Data departments.

Responsibilities

  • Create trusted, self-serve datasets and reporting layers to power Marketing performance, attribution analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues across Marketing and GTM systems.
  • Manage comprehensive metadata, documentation, lineage, and sensitive data masking.
  • Partner with Marketing stakeholders to translate business questions into data products and dashboards.
  • Enable Marketing teams through documentation, training, and self-serve resources.
  • Activate data from Snowflake into operational tools to support campaign optimization and GTM workflows.
