Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
- Experience working with distributed teams and juggling multiple projects.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent in English and Russian (B2+ or higher) in both written and spoken forms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
- Conflict resolution and team alignment skills.
- Nice to have: Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.).
- Nice to have: Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and support requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Align project goals with business and tech teams.
- Organize day-to-day work in the team, including task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
- Maintain project documentation such as roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
- Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Track progress, identify blockers, and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate status, risks, and changes to all stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving PM processes and tools inside the PMO.
