Requirements
- Minimum of a college diploma or degree, preferably in Health Sciences or Clinical Research.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience for Project Manager roles.
- Minimum of seven years of related work experience for Project Director roles.
- Significant and progressive experience in the management of global, multi-centre, investigator-initiated clinical trials.
- Substantial ongoing training in clinical research.
- People management experience is ideal.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison throughout the project life cycle ensuring client/sponsor expectations are managed.
- Manage project budgets and negotiate changes with sponsors.
- Identify, assign, and monitor the completion of interdisciplinary project tasks.
- Develop project communications, training materials, and support regulatory submissions.
- Define and manage project resource needs and establish contingency plans.
- Ensure staff adherence to professional standards and clinical research SOPs.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor project team members.
- Establish and maintain high-quality client relationships (Director level).
- Oversee project critical paths and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices (Director level).
