Requirements
- Have experience as a project manager in a UX agency, marketing agency, software house, or similar environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Organize work and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Know project management tools.
- Work independently and take initiative, asking questions or making decisions when needed.
- Be willing to develop and open to feedback.
- UX/CRO fundamentals or e-commerce knowledge are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage tasks, deadlines, priorities, and team resources.
- Communicate with clients, respond to emails, arrange meetings, and gather feedback.
- Coordinate UX/CRO audits, retainers, redesigns, research, and implementations.
- Work with strategists, designers, analysts, researchers, and developers.
- Keep projects on track and coordinate the team's workflow.
